I’d wonder how many of these objects in western museums would otherwise be lost forever or left to disintegrate had they not been removed. Not to say taking them wasn’t wrong but Egypt and Greece have a bit of an average history with looking after their own antiques and physical history.

Interesting (not really) how when someone is guaranteed anonymity they engage in either illegal activities or activities unacceptable to the majority of society. Can’t imagine many people use tor to buy their milk or peruse ebay.

Although you inadvertently do. Family’s aren’t exactly ecstatic about their loved ones destroying themselves. So does emotional harm and the destruction of a family (as an example) not become a factor?

I place addiction and self harm in a different category to personal choice. Yeah it’s personal choice that my brother wants to smoke meth and waste away – Doesn’t mean I will do everything in my power to stop that from happening.
