If by malfunction you mean flipping whatever internet switch they have, then sure. If it was a malfunction with a huge backbone cable (which it would have to be to perfectly shut off internet for the whole country), I’m pretty sure it would take more than a day to find the fault in the cable and repair it.

I’ve always wanted to have a micro-transaction for every round of ammunition I need for Battlefront 3. I’m re-purposing an arcade machine to take quarters for every round of ammo I buy and automatically ship the quarters to EA’s private island.
I’ve already bought into this subscription plan, and as long as they keep the updates coming at a good pace I will be happy. As a student and somewhat freelance developer, I haven’t been able to string together the few hundred dollars necessary to get a copy of CS6, but I can easily do $30 a month. And those new camera features will help me since I can’t afford a good tripod.
