At least they finally stopped using that script for a simple image viewer that they used to use for every single “hacker” story. Harder to tell exactly what this one is supposed to be doing.. other than downloading something and checking if you went over your download quota

I love the verge but I find it kind of sad that the mobile app won. The android app really isn’t that great. It STILL doesn’t even support opening of theverge.com links which is one of the easiest things to implement. Do you know how frustrating it is to be reading a verge article in the verge app and to click a link to another verge article(e.g. review of item being talked about) and have it open in a browser rather than within the app?
