Actually the primary cause of terrorism is geo-political, not religious. I think it is foolish to believe these people can’t think for themselves simply because they may happen to be religious.

Due process requires some level of cooperation of the accused. In these cases the accused had moved abroad and were operating and hiding in countries the US couldn’t readily apprehend them (or couldn’t do so with out much greater risks). If any of these individuals wanted due process, all they had to do was turn themselves in.

Not really, the issue here is largely that he is using the latest standards (or proposed standards) which aren’t universally supported yet. Webkit has tended to have support for these standards early so if you are going to use them you are largely limited to Webkit.

So you’d have been happy if the media had been leaked information about the timing of the Bin Laden raid and had reported it leading to an ambush of the Seals sent to get him and his escape? Or in WWII if they had leaked all the details of D-Day?

Simply reporting information and actively obtaining that information through illegal methods are two different things.
