ITC needs to reevaluate the patent system since so many of these so called patented ideas are so mundane. This is just creating a monopoly in which Apple has the rights to everything single stupid feature a normal Smartphone is expected to have. Sure some things have to do with how its coded, but come on.

Just like every phone it will seem so high and mighty and be compared to others and called the best, until actual people get their hands on it and the flood gates of how bad it is open up.
