also, connecting to a friend’s xbox over wifi and having it auto-download my live account with a button press would be great too.

Torque is actually significantly higher and comes on faster in an electric vehicle, though they often have lower hp numbers. I think the concern is that Ferrari buyers want “passionate” vehicles that have that visceral sound and feel that comes from high-cylinder-count exploding dinosaur-powered engines.

Ferrari’s are built to engage the drivers, not just transport them. They’re stunning to look at (other than the California and a few random off-key models), they sound incredible, and they drive like nothing else. If they have an electric engine with either very little noise or very fake noise and a less compelling feel, they lose some of their mystique and their draw to buyers looking for the ultimate thrill.

to be fair, ‘SS’ is also commonly associated with “super sport” in the car world which i would think they could use as performance-focused marketing.
