On my iPhone 4s:

• Phone
• Messages
• Reminders (stock app)
• Twitter
• Sparrow
• Calendar
• Moves (pedometer app because i need help not being lazy)
• Skype
• Podcasts (Apple app)

I turned off notifications for all games because… nothing they have to say is really that urgent. The same goes for Game Center.
Twitter is only turned social network i have activated, mainly because Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn simply spammed my notifications tooooooooo hard.
