I’m amazed at how thick some of those senators are, apparently so is TC. How can they not understand that the Irish holding company is simply, err, holding the after-tax profits of a number of Apple’s international subsidiaries and not making it. The interest it earns (i.e. money it actually makes) is taxed in the US, at 35%.
