i don’t think I’ve actually uploaded one before (confusing me with another verger i think)! yeah I didn’t think about normalising it – whoops….just wanted to get it up fast for others who ‘just missed it’ (something I always find frustrating when I miss it myself)! I don’t plan on being a reliable weekly recorder btw, just whenever I can, when I catch the live cast myself…

AUDIO RECORDING: http://www.mediafire.com/?bdoj12zvvqzxtxo. sorry i didn’t catch the first 1-2 minutes (before nilay arrived) but apart from that it’s complete until the end. also at one point i accidentally turned on two other videos i had paused in MPC-HC for about 5 seconds, do excuse lol.

I also tried to do a video recording. Fraps is GREAT! (it is not freeware though) – it’s the first app that has made it past 30 minutes of straight recording, BUT, my laptop SSD ran out of space after 1 hour and 8 minutes of recording where the raw avi file reached 89GB in size.

I may never have the resources to do video recordings as i don’t have a desktop with luxurious rackable 1TB HDD expansion etc. Though I WAS capturing the full overlay 1920×1200 screen of my laptop so I’ll try to tweak doing it another ay to just isolate the moving box another week and see how I go. Any advice or sugegstions for other screen recording tools, let me know!

Same with teflon. PLEASE avoid teflon, people, stick to good ol stainless steel or cast iron…why sacrifice health for a little 20th/21st century convenience, when with a little seasoning/patience in letting it develop its own long-term non-stickness will avoid the health issues?

oh and steam/blanch your veges, not boil…..etc etc etc :)
