Nope, been running Chrome beta for a while now. After reading articles about the new notification center, I went to About Google Chrome under the option menu and updated to ver 28. After relaunching once the update was complete, there was no notification center. Naturally, I checked the chrome://flags to see if there was anything I could tick, there was, so I clicked enabled and exited out Chrome, then rebooted my PC. Just checked my java version, and its up-to-date. Still no notification center.
