That doesn’t matter … if you have a Live/SkyDrive account, you can upgrade to the 25GB for free … no matter if you have 10GB data or 0MB data stored :)

If you make an Accound right now and go to the respective page for the 25GB upgrade you will have the right to claim them. A couple of days ago I did that exact thing with my secound work account :) so now i have 2 accounts with 25GB each.
