I had a series 3 TiVo and I loved it but I got sick of paying the monthly fee on top of what the cable company was charging. I don’t ever see them getting past this issue unless they work really hard to partner with the cable companies.

I’d say it’s better looking than the regular one. At least it has something going on with it other than ugly smooth plastic.

They’ll support the existing network until 2020 but they will start selling LTE only phones a lot sooner than that. Supposedly they will have the same network footprint for LTE this year:

Seems like it would make a lot of sense for them to start selling LTE only phones about now.

buy a paperback book.
That’s the problem, it should be CHEAPER to get the ebook than a paperback. It makes NO sense that a digital copy costs more than a physical one that has to be shipped.

I love my Pebble functionality wise and it’s only getting better. The all plastic design sucks from a durability standpoint. I’ve only had the thing for a few months and I’ve already beat the crap out of it. It’s got scuffs all over the front. Add that to the fact that it’s cheap plastic and rubber and no one is ever going to give me a compliment on it.

You’re going top need more than one subscription. Let’s just hope they produce enough good stuff that we can all cancel cable. I would be fine paying for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu Plus and maybe one other service. It would still be cheaper than cable.
