I agree that Illumiroom isn’t a “gimmick” and is a really interesting idea, but Oculus Rift is far more interesting, to me. The reality is most people game alone (in meat space) these days. Everyone is on their xbox or their PC and playing with others via the Internet.

It’s called “Palm Rejection” (if you were searching for it) — and YES, it does.

So, tone, content, etc — all great, enjoyed the video. With that said…
Lighting is way WAY WAAAAAY too harsh. Someone needs to invest in some softboxes. And why is he using an ear piece and not a boom mic? Also his eye contact into the camera is extremely aggressive, for lack of a better word.
Just some hopefully useful feedback. Looking forward to more of these in the future.

im sorry you have an irrational fear of guns. youre probably 100x more likely to die from eating fast food or a car accident. i cant imagine how stressful your day to day life must be.

Yes. You start with an 80% Lower Receiver which is the registered part of an AR-15, but at 80% complete isn’t considered a “gun” yet. Then you just print out the template, put it on the press and drill out the remaining holes and you have a “gun” (aka lower receiver). It’s the only registered part, everything else can be bought in person by a 5 year old kid or ordered over the Internet.
Just do a google search for “80% lower receiver”. Some people are maknig 95% lowers now too which allegedly don’t require FFL.

That’s sort of true. For example, if you found one listed online within your own state you could meet and do a person to person sale without a background check.

No shit. The US government buys products from Chinese companies every day, just not Huawei because they’re shady as fuck.

Consider this: why does the federal government allow us to buy (and buy themselves) hardware from company but Huawei? Does that sound like nationalistic exclusionary practice or a strategic decision to not trust a government that we have linked to attacks against the US, both public and private sectors?

Yeah that’s awful. But it doesn’t have anything to do with this. Why is this suddenly a US vs Brazil thing. Awful things happen all over the world, and news sources will report on all of them.

Why does everything think one side is “good” and one side is “bad”. Israel has been wronged just as much as it has retaliated. Nothing is every as simple as black and white.

A child is about 1000 times more like to drown in a swimming pool than shoot themselves with a gun. Let me know when you’re ready to ban swimming pools.
