-Glowing Logo
Yes. I want an epic unibody aluminum design with a glowing logo. It’s absurd not to want one. And of course, just like all TVs with glowing logos (Like Sony BRAVIA), there will be an option to turn it off.
-4K Resolution
Since when has Apple been concerned with what experts think we need? “Experts” didn’t think the general public ever needed to have the personal computer, or the mouse, or the iPhone/iPad. I think that we’ve come to the point to take what experts think with a grain of salt.
-Unibody design
The design will be a main selling factor. Unibody will look amazing, and capture the premium quality Apple tries to make everything with. Just about how many people will think about needing to dusting the TV off when they buy it? I, certainly, do not think about having to dust gadgets off when buying them.
-Facetime
Facetime is used quite widely now. Also, I doubt that Apple will care about Skype. Rather, they’d want to compete with it, since Microsoft acquired Skype.
-Internal Storage
I hope you realize that the whole point of the TV will be to eliminate the thousands of wires and multiple consoles or cable boxes that people have. People won’t have to buy an Xbox solely for storing media on one; they can just put stuff on the TV.
That said, I do not believe this will take off very quickly. People don’t change TVs as fast as they change cell phones or MP3 players. I, for one, kept my last TV for about 4-5 years, despite the latest and greatest TVs also coming out. To get many people to switch quickly, Apple will either need to release this with an insanely low price, or a feature set that makes all other TVs look like they were made centuries ago (just like the iPhone left Windows Phone 6.x in the dust).
If any market needs re-inventing, it’s the TV market. If any company has proven themselves capable at re-inventing the tech industry completely, it’s Apple.
The future shall be interesting, comrades.

The market will only exist if there’s demand for it. If millions of people suddenly start to own 4k TVs, people will start to make 4k content.

Looks like you don’t understand the controversy. The servers are funded by us when we bought the game. You talk like people bought this game just for the singleplayer- that’s absurd. Nearly everyone bought the game for the online experience. The whole price of the game, in fact, is only justified by the online experience.
This game sold extremely well. A few million dollars is way more than enough to keep servers running for years. EA just wants to find ways to make more money, and butcher studios that people loved.
RIP Crytek. I’ll miss you, Bioware. Goodbye, DICE. Farewell, various other companies that have been acquired and butchered by the “worst company” in the world.
EA is not the worst company in the world because of it’s moneymaking tactics. No, it’s the worst company in the world- because they ruin potential works of art, they turn respected studios into grotesque ones, and they have ruined the whole gaming industry. I guarantee you that BF3 will be DICE’s last good game, Mass Effect 3 was Bioware’s, and Crysis 2 was Crytek’s. When these companies fail to sell their latest generic games that EA pushes them to make, EA will simply terminate them. End of line.
After all, people like you will continue to pay outrageous sums of art for highly polished blobs of feces. What’s there for EA to loose?

Custom builds are surely the way to go.
I have an 8-Core processor running at 3.2 GHz OC’d, 16 GB RAM, a Radeon 7950 (one of the best GFX card out there), a 128 GB SSD and 1 TB HDD, 2 disk drives, a really nice-looking lit up case, and all for under $1,200. Alienwares are decent when it comes to mobile gaming, but are a ripoff when it comes to desktops. I built my computer for the first time, and I have had no previous experience with building computers before- yet it only took me 2 hours to go from a few parts to a working computer.

Honestly, CoD died after CoD 4. I don’t know why we are even having this discussion. Try out a new genre, and try more entertaining games like Skyrim, Mass Effect.
If you’re into games with generic stories that are incoherent at times and full of plot holes, have at CoD. If not, try out some other games. CoD’s story is so linear now, it’s a joke. You don’t have more than, like, a 50 foot radius to move around in at most points of a game. It’s just a sucky movie in which the audience has to just press “W” the whole time.
