It looks like it depends on the carrier and AT&T was being late, not Apple.
The US hasn’t fallen anywhere, the US just hasn’t risen as fast as some other countries. The mortality rate in the US has fallen every time in that table and is a lot lower now than in 1950. Other countries have risen a lot faster though, and the US should look as to how they achieved even lower mortality rates and try to emulate.
No they can’t. Every time my cable company adds a fee or changes the price, it always says on the bill that you have 30 days to cancel if you want and they can’t force you to pay an ETF or any fee for the disconnect.
