The side power button has been on every Galaxy S phone (I, II, Nexus) that has come out. You not liking it is your problem, not AT&Ts. I never had a single problem using it and actually have gotten quite fond of the position on both my Captivate and Galaxy Nexus.

I know a guy still using a Cingular 8125, (HTC Wizard). I loved that phone but boy is it one heck of a relic. Don’t know how he still can stand using it.

This is what I’ve been waiting for.
