with MSFT’s investment into Facebook, I’m still mystified that there is no Instagram app. I don’t buy the line that “Instagram is just really independent”.
TBH, MetroTube is so good, I’m really not interested in the Microsoft App. One of the more buried secrets of WP8 is that there are EXCELLENT third party apps out there.
have you tried Windows Phone lately? I have an SGS3, an iPhone 4S, and a Blackberry Bold 9900, and yet my daily driver is a Lumia 920. Windows Phone 8 is surprisingly polished. And since the release of Instagraph, I’m not missing anything. Microsoft is putting out some quality stuff these days. You should try it.
I absolutely LOVE my Surface RT. But the critics are correct for slamming it for lack of apps. I was kinda hoping Microsoft would offer a 3rd Surface option with the updated Atom chip. Full Windows 8 and great battery life, best of both worlds.
