Apple did create Siri. Otherwise it would be called Apple Now or Apple Voice or something else uninspired sounding. Apple created Siri because it acts as a butler with a little sense of humor. If you’re not talking about the Siri that everyone from kids to grandpa know about, you’re talking about a patent. And then no one cares about your argument except maybe for a judge.
I’m glad so many people are in favor of this. But just remember there is no going back. EVER. Not if we go to war. Not if the country goes bankrupt. Not if we bail out of national debt completely. This is an extra 5% to 10% tax on the rest of your consumer lifestyle no matter what happens for the rest of your life. And yes I know it was a law before this bill but now you will pay fines and go to jail to uphold an irreversible law.
He’s doesn’t need the Kickstarter money but he needs stories like this. Then he can take all those names of contributors to the studios and backers and get his movie made the way he wants and distribution. Without Kickstarter, he’s just another former tv star with a project. He would have to hustle, deal with festivals and stupid press junkets. This alleviates some of that crap.
