Nearly perfect in it’s physical form. The Nexus S just needs a h/w update to the internals. Sadly, that won’t happen.

1) You don’t come here for financial advice.
2) You don’t have capital to invest anyway, so what is the point of your “faux” rant?
3) FB was clearly overvalued at 100x earnings…this info was public.
4) due to sloppy IPO execution (an excuse), there is hope by some investors that they can get their money back, since, in hindsight, there is no quick buck to be made.
5) If FB was subscription service, how much would you pay per month for an account?

Since you brought it up, consider that they were flipped by a very sophisticated campaign of public relations jiu jitsu that has paid off handsomely for the entrenched power elite.
You won’t regognize this as “greed is good”. Try self empowerment, self expression, self actualization etc. Any thing with “self” in the description.
Mix with consumerism and libertarianism.
BTW…these notions were impressed exterernaly. Very effective. The ‘60 kids aren’t trying to change the world anymore. They have been domesticated.

A meme ( /ˈmiːm/; MEEM) is “an idea, behavior or style that spreads from person to person within a culture.” A meme acts as a unit for carrying cultural ideas, symbols or practices, which can be transmitted from one mind to another through writing, speech, gestures, rituals or other imitable phenomena. Supporters of the concept regard memes as cultural analogues to genes in that they self-replicate, mutate and respond to selective pressures.
