That’s hilarious that you think that Linux has no chief architect, when the project is named after him and is still run by him. Most successful open source projects have strong leadership, and equal rights for anyone to run off and try to be even better. Also it’s hilarious that you think Linux is a “mess” when in just 20 years it has become the most used OS of all time (Android, your car, your fridge, 85% of the web sites out there, 90% of “The Cloud” services you use and the drone spying on you right now all run it.)
