Right now, my only Apple product is my iPad 3. I recently bought a new Windows 8 ultrabook because I need Windows for school (Windows on a Macbook is problematic with the softwares that I need). I don’t buy anything as a status symbol or because it’s cool. I buy them because they do exactly what I want it to do.

You make it sound like they could get whatever content they want has long as people pay a lot of money for the subscription. The content providers does not want to give certain content to Netflix. That is the main thing.
