“But if you’re not American then you don’t count”… surely many US citizens would reply in such manner and other still would figure out ways to continue ignoring the problem we have on our hands, fascism pretty much. (^-^)

You’re missing the point if you think individual leaders predispositions have any matter in how US imperialism maintains hegemony reflects Nazi Germany.

If I could take a stab at the question of whom/what US leaders might “hate”, maybe say…
Blacks, natives (what’s left of them after the US genocide of nearly all), Central Americas, South Americans, Cubans, Vietnamese, Islam, anything not Christian, etc.
