Plink multiplayer instrument lets you click and drag retro synths in HTML5
Blow an hour with Stockholm production company DinahMoe's fantastic musical tool, Plink. The Chrome experiment's interface lets you easily create music over a simple drumbeat: click to add notes, click and drag up or down to change the pitch, or click and rapidly swipe your finger up and down to score the soundtrack to your '70s cable access film on the wonders of cell biology. Choose from 8 different synths, ranging from synth stabs reminiscent of New Order to the electric beats of Kraftwerk. Built with HTML5, JavaScript and the Web Audio API, Plink only works in Chrome, but does support play with up to three other friends.
