Motorola's Droid RAZR is an LTE device for Verizon's network, and has a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM, 8-megapixel camera with 1080p video, Bluetooth 4.0, 16GB of storage, and a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED qHD display. It's all just 7.1mm thick, which is perhaps the thinnest smartphone ever made.
