We saw this not long ago in the FCC, but now it's official: a version of Samsung's Galaxy Tab 8.9 with LTE will be coming to AT&T in the next few days. The Android 3.2-powered tablet has both LTE and HSPA+ radios, 3.2-megapixel rear and 2-megapixel front cameras, 16GB of expandable storage, 1GB of RAM, and a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon — and an 8.9-inch display, of course, placing this squarely between Samsung's 7- and 10-inch options. It'll be available on November 20th for $479.99 on contract, and AT&T's running it with a pretty interesting promotion: buy the tablet and you can get your choice of a Galaxy S II or Galaxy S II Skyrocket for free, as long as you sign it up for a line of service and a two-year agreement.
