iFixit is selling a replacement back for the iPhone 4S that is transparent, showing off the phone's internals.

Cyber Monday may be over, but we'd be remiss if we didn't point out one more deal: iFixit's kit that replaces the rear iPhone 4S panel with transparent glass to show off the phone's internals. For $29.95, you will get the rear glass panel and all the parts necessary to install it, plus a bonus "Thirsty Bag" that can remove moisture from any device in case of an emergency. As far as phone modifications go, this one is pretty minor — involving only two screws and no wires. Of course, that's not to say that Apple would look kindly on it were you to try to get your iPhone repaired under warranty.

The kit will be available as long as all of the included pieces are in stock. iFixit also has the same kit for the iPhone 4, but somehow we suspect that if you're the sort of person who wants the internals of your iPhone visible to the world, there's a good chance you're the sort of person who's already upgraded.
