The option is appearing for both developers and regular users this time, but regular users will be stymied if they try to use it as only developers can activate iTunes Match on their computers.
We expected the public launch of iTunes Match to be imminent after Apple cleared out developers' iCloud music libraries, but instead Apple chose to release another iTunes Beta to developers to continue testing the service.
