A leaked document from Bell Mobility in Canada details estimated release dates for the Android 4.0 update for the HTC Sensation, HTC Raider, and Samsung Galaxy S II. All are expected in the first part of 2012, with the LG Optimus LTE hasn't received an estimated date yet.

If you had any doubts that we're officially in the "When's my Ice Cream Sandwich update coming" season, let us put them to rest. A leaked internal document from Bell in Canada has estimated release dates for a few top-tier Android smartphones:

Obviously these rumored estimates are unofficial and probably subject to change, but at least its a solid sign that ICS is in the works for some of the more popular 2011 smartphones. The frozen north appears to be getting ready for this frozen treat, will US carriers keep up?
