CNBC is reporting that Facebook will launch a streaming online music service to compete with the likes of Pandora, while integrating offerings from RDIO, Spotify and Mog. Facebook has long been the subject of music service rumors, but CNBC's Jon Fortt now reports that a person "familiar with the plans" says Facebook will finally debut the service on September 22nd at its F8 developer conference. We'll be there, of course, to see what there is to see.
