Rumored for some time, T-Mobile has confirmed that it is picking up the HTC Radar later this year. Unfortunately, the carrier isn't providing a hard release date or price -- saying only that it will arrive "in time for the holidays." T-Mobile is also appending the infamous "4G" to the end of the name, but absent a specific mention of it in the press release we're not thinking the Radar will be a 42Mbps-capable phone like the HTC Amaze 4G or Samsung Galaxy S II.
On the bright side, T-Mobile and HTC are keeping the all-white, aluminum unibody design. Specs on the Mango phone are otherwise the same: 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 512MB of RAM, a 1,520mAh battery, and a 5-megapixel camera. Beyond that, the Radar is a pretty straightforward, mid-range Windows Phone. If that's something you're not familiar with, be sure to check out our hands-on with the HTC Radar and read our review of the Mango update.
