If you're a voracious audiobook listener and want access to as many books as you could possibly listen to, the just-launched streaming service might be worth looking into. Once you pay the $24.95 monthly fee, you have unlimited access to a library of 11,000 titles, and can listen to as many as you want each month through your browser or mobile phone. While there aren't apps available yet, you can stream from as long as you're running iOS 4.0 or Android 2.3 (and higher, of course). There's no support yet for BlackBerry or Windows Phone, but it should be coming soon.
