If you managed to scoop up a sale-priced BlackBerry PlayBook you’re probably wondering how long you’ll have to wait for your favorite Android apps to get repackaged to run on top of RIM’s QNX operating system. Good news — CrackBerry has posted a detailed guide all about how to get the Android Market and other Android apps running on your device. The process requires first rooting the PlayBook with DingleBerry, then using DDPB to sideload a launcher, at which point you’ll be able to install CyanogenMod and access the Market.

While the hack is pretty involved — and not all Android apps will run on the PlayBook — it's still better than waiting for native versions of your favorite stuff.
