Verizon CEO Lowell McAdam dropped out of the 2012 CES Innovation Power Panel earlier this week, but Big Red will still have a voice: the company's Enterprise Solutions President John Stratton will be taking his place. Stratton will be joining Ford Motor CEO Alan Mulally and Xerox CEO Ursula Burns to discuss how technological innovation has played a role in the success of their respective companies. No stranger to the inner workings of Verizon, Stratton served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the carrier until assuming his new title on January 1st of this year. The event takes place this Wednesday. There have been no further details as to why McAdam will be unable to attend himself.
