While music streaming service Rdio launched a new iPad-optimized app last year, the Android app's feature set lagged behind the iOS version in functionality and design. Android users were previously only able to access the severely limited dashboard, collection, and playlists. The new update, slated to land sometime in late January or February, brings the app in line with the far more feature packed, light blue-tinted iOS version. This includes heavy rotation, your queue synced across the web, and has an easier-to-use grid design. And, as before, you'll be able to use voice search to find songs.
