When Motorola announced its new Droid RAZR lineup in September it said it would be providing a $100 discount to some customers whose older Motorola phones weren't getting bumped up to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. Now the company has posted a list of what devices will be eligible — i.e., which ones will definitely not be upgraded to the latest version of Android — as well as updating its release schedule for those that will.

As noticed by Droid Life, Motorola's list reveals that 13 different models fall under the discount program, including the Atrix 2, Droid 3, and Atrix 4G. Not only will customers receive the $100 discount when buying the new Droid RAZR line, they'll also be eligible if they pick up the Atrix HD, Electrify 2, or the Photon Q.

Motorola's latest update schedule reveals separately that the Droid RAZR M, RAZR HD, and RAZR Maxx HD will all be receiving Jelly Bean by the end of the year. The original Droid RAZR and Droid 4 are amongst other phones still slated to receive Android 4.1, though no timeframe is given. While it seems Motorola has finally firmed up its Jelly Bean upgrade schedule for good, the company is still leaving itself some wiggle room: a notice at the top of the upgrade schedule notes that "All dates and status subject to change."
