It may continue to be a pain for cable subscribers to watch television when mobile, but the situation should be a bit improved now that apps for the History Channel, A&E, and Lifetime are available for iPad. The apps allow anyone — regardless of cable subscriptions — watch current episodes of shows like Pawn Stars, Parking Wars, and The First 48, just like you currently can from each network's respective website on your computer, though if you're a Comcast customer you'll be able to access older episodes as well. Don't worry, though: support for other operators is in the works.
