NASA's Curiosity Rover is already known for its significant social presence across networks like Twitter and Foursquare, but the Mars rover is scheduled to reach a whole new audience tonight. Curiosity will make a guest appearance at tonight's New Year's celebrations in New York City's Time Square, where millions watch the ball drop each year.
