As expected, the Prada Phone by LG 3.0 has been made available by T-Mobile UK, and it's free on contract if you sign up to the £36 (about $57) monthly unlimited data plan for two years. That'll get you a mid-range Android 2.3 handset with a 1GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal memory, an eight-megapixel camera, and a surprisingly nice Android skin. The handset also comes complete with Prada-branded earphones, for those who need other avenues to express themselves once their fashionable phone is pocketed. You can also splash out on matching accessories, including a dock and Bluetooth headset. While it might not be our first choice of devices, we liked the new Prada Phone more than we expected to — and as designer handsets go, it's at least an improvement on the Porsche Design P'9981 Blackberry.

For those on other networks, Carphone Warehouse is also offering the Prada Phone with Vodafone, O2 and Orange.
