Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer is the latest movie studio to sign up with Google and will soon offer about 600 movies for rent through Google Play and on YouTube. While this only represents a portion of the studio's massive movie catalog, it means Google has signed up five of the six major motion picture studios. Google's been making these deals fast and furious lately — Paramount pictures came on board less than two weeks ago. Unfortunately, it sounds like these movies will primarily be from MGM's back catalog, at least initially — Google said it'll be adding more titles in the coming weeks. We weren't able to find any of the titles mentioned in Google's blog post on Play or YouTube yet, either — but we suspect that'll change very soon. As with other movies, we expect to see pricing range from $1.99 to $3.99 per rental.
