Best Buy has sent out a correction informing pre-order customers that deliveries of the HTC Evo 4G LTE are now indefinitely delayed, according to Phandroid. Earlier, the retailer gave customers hope by emailing out a revised date of May 23rd (pushed back from May 18th) for delivery of Sprint's flagship. The delay is down to an ongoing patent disagreement between HTC and Apple, which resulted in both the Evo 4G LTE and AT&T's HTC One X being held indefinitely at US Customs earlier this week. We'll keep you updated on any further developments with this dispute as and when they happen.
