The problem with concept cars is that they're just that: concepts. It's rare that we get to see the out-there designs actually make it to production, but Croatian firm Rimac Automobili has announced plans to do just that with its Concept_One electric supercar — though it won't be cheap, with a $980,000 asking price. Originally unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show last September, Rimac recently used the Top Marques show in Monaco as an opportunity to show off a slightly refreshed version of the car — complete with high performance tires from Italian designer Giugiaro — as well as reveal the new price and production plans. The near-million dollar price tag will get you a mighty impressive electric car — the Concept_One can go 0-60 miles per hour in 2.8 seconds, has 1088 horsepower, and an electric range of 600 kilometers. The company is currently taking reservations, and provided there are no hiccups in the production process, 88 Concept_Ones are expected to be built.
