iHeartRadio launched a TV-optimized web app for Google TV this week, adding another tick mark to the slowly growing list of websites optimized for the big screen. The newest incarnation of the popular browser and mobile app lets music lovers stream from over 800 live radio stations, or create their own based on a song or artist. The television interface displays hi-res album artwork and the logo of the station you're listening to, and will dim the screen after you choose a station to avoid the glaring distraction of a bright screen in a dark room. Slowly but surely Google TV is expanding its music-streaming options outside of the Google Play store with this and other browser apps like TuneIn.
