We found the Asus Transformer Pad to be a great choice for those looking for an Android tablet at a price, but the lack of cellular connectivity could be limiting for some. It appears Asus is planning to address those concerns with a new variant, the TF300TL, appearing in the FCC's database with support for 2G, 3G, and LTE. According to the filing, the device will support LTE at 700MHz and 1700MHz, and HSPA+ at 850MHz and 1900MHz — all the bands we'd expect for a device destined for AT&T here in the US. Of course, this doesn't mean the device's pairing with Ma Bell is a done deal, and the tablet could be equally at home on some Canadian carriers. That said, we wouldn't be surprised to see a new addition to AT&T's tablet line-up in the coming months.
