It appears that Verizon has begun rolling out an update to Android 4.0.4 for some owners of Samsung's 4G LTE Galaxy Nexus. The carrier's support page still says the update is "coming soon," though we've received tips from several users who are already seeing it on their devices. The update to IMM76K introduces enhanced e-mail synchronization across mobile and desktop platforms, as well as new features within the Nexus' native calendar app. Verizon says the latest version of Ice Cream Sandwich will also address some display freezing issues, in addition to problems related to call quality and network connectivity — troubles that some GSM Galaxy Nexus owners experienced when upgrading to Android 4.0.4 back in April.
Thanks, Sean!
