After getting the all-clear from US Customs a couple days ago, Sprint has just announced that the Evo 4G LTE will be in the retail channel this coming Saturday, June 2nd. Some pre-order customers had received their units, but individuals walking into stores, checking Sprint's website, or calling telesales haven't been as lucky — and that'll finally be changing in two days.

Great news! The wait is almost over! Sprint will begin selling HTC EVO 4G LTE for $199.99 in most retail channels (including www.sprint.com and 1-800-SPRINT1) this Saturday, June 2. Sprint retail stores will operate on regular business hours. We are excited to see our customers enjoying this latest generation of the award-winning EVO family.
