Amazon has announced a new deal with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer that will bring "hundreds" of classic films and TV shows to Prime Instant Video, including the likes of The Terminator and The Silence of the Lambs. The new additions will be added to the catalog throughout the year, though unfortunately only a few have actually been announced so far: these include movies like Moonstruck, Rain Man, Species, and Dances With Wolves, as well as the television show Stargate. The deal bumps up Prime Instant Video's catalog to more than 18,000 movies and TV shows — though, of course, that number counts individual episodes for each show. MGM joins the likes of Paramount and Nickelodeon as recent additions to the service, which you can now watch on your Xbox 360, among other devices.
