Microsoft has shown off an updated version of Bing voice search for the Xbox 360 in multiple languages during a live demo during its E3 press conference today. The company's CMO of the entertainment division, Yusuf Mehdi, did voice searches in both English and Spanish to find movies and shows. The feature is an evolution of the current voice search offered on the Xbox 360, and it searches through all apps and services on your console — including Netflix and Hulu, as well as the typical selection of movies and shows available to rent directly from Microsoft. Mehdi showed off searching for genres as well as specific titles, and, it least in the live demo, it all went off without a hitch and extremely fluidly. Additionally, users will now be able to use Bing voice search to find YouTube videos. The improved feature will be coming to "dozens" of countries across the world (including Spain, Germany, Austria, New Zealand, France, Mexico, and Italy), and will support six languages when it launches in the US as part of an update to Xbox Live in the "second half" of this year.
