The HTC One X will finally return to AT&T's shelves this Sunday after being delayed by US Customs on a patent infringement claim by Apple. Beginning in May, shipments of the HTC One X and Evo 4G LTE were held by the International Trade Commission (ITC) while it investigated patent infringement claims brought by Apple. The ITC completed its review, finding that the phones are in compliance with its December ruling. Since then, a renewed push by Apple to ban some 29 HTC models from the market might end up causing problems — but for the moment the One X will be available again Sunday June 10th for $199.99 (Sprint's Evo 4G LTE resumed sales last weekend).
We're also hearing from a few readers that the One X is receiving a security update. We're not seeing it on our review unit, but if yours is updating today please let us know!
