Samsung updating GT-P7510 Galaxy Tab 10.1 units with Android 4.0, Tab 7.7, Plus 7, and 8.9 models to follow

Samsung is rolling out an Android 4.0 update to the original GT-P7510 Galaxy Tab 10.1 in the UK and elsewhere, and the company is reportedly preparing to update other models of the original Galaxy Tab lineup as well.

As promised earlier this month, Samsung is beginning to roll out Android 4.0 updates to all owners of the original Galaxy Tab line, starting with the GT-P7510 10.1-inch units released in the UK and elsewhere, according to SamMobile. While Samsung has yet to provide a specific timeline for Wi-Fi and 3G variants of its smaller tablets, like the Galaxy Tab 7.7, Plus 7, and 8.9 models, each is expected to receive a similar update to Android 4.0 as well. Users can expect the updates to be delivered via Samsung's KIES app or an OTA update.
