A number of EA's major titles will be playable at this year's Gamescom, while new content is getting ready to be unveiled.

EA is getting ready to unveil new content from a number of its franchises at this year's Gamescom, with a lineup that includes Crysis 3, FIFA 13, Dead Space 3, Need for Speed Most Wanted, SimCity, and Medal of Honor Warfighter, the publisher announced today.

In addition, fans can expect to see playable builds of Crysis 3, FIFA 13, FIFA Manager 13, Medal of honor Warfighter, Need for Speed Most Wanted, Star Wars: The Old Republic, and SimCity at the EA booth.

"Our industry is changing faster than ever before, and our players demand the quality and strength of our best brands with offerings for all of their gaming devices. We're focused on delivering the franchises they love and keeping them fresh, personal and connected across platforms. Consumers have a lot of great gaming to look forward to this year," said Jens Uwe Intat, Senior Vice President of EA European Publishing, in a prepared statement.

Gamescom runs from August 15th to August 19th in Cologne, Germany.
